In its twentieth year old history, Timber Ridge Golf Club has hosted hundreds of golf tournament fundraisers in turn raising tens of thousands of dollars for various organizations, and well over a hundred thousand for others.
Timber Ridge‘s knowledgeable staff prides themselves on helping customers plan and execute the most successful fundraising tournaments possible. A representative will meet with you and your committee to go over the details of planning your event. We are proud to join with our charity golf partners in an effort to help you fundraise for worthwhile causes. As a community partner we appreciate all the hard work and time dedicated to helping those in need. Our Charity Chip-In Program is designed to help organizations hosting their events with us the opportunity to raise money every day of the year. How it Works:Simply host your organization's golf event at our facility and we will give your Charity Organization a donation back of $5 per player. There is no size requirement on the event but we do require your organization to be a licensed 501 (C)3 company.
The fundraising and partnership doesn't stop here with just a one-day event: we will help continue fundraising throughout the season, and when a supporter of your charity organization plays a round of golf at our facility we will contribute 10% of the paid green fee and cart fee back to your charity.
Now there are some particulars. We ask that you help provide marketing support in getting the word out to your supporters. We also require them to pay the retail rate as this enhances the money we can raise for your organization. We will make the EVENT donation of $5 per player after all event costs have been paid and within (2) two weeks of the date of the event. Donations from your individual supporters will be sent at the end of each month.
