Wes Koons - Director of Golf Operations
Wes graduated from Ferris State University in 1992 with a degree in Marketing and Professional Golf Management. Upon graduation he and his wife Jill moved to Osage Beach, Missouri where he took a position as the Director of Tournaments for 3 years. Wes and his family then moved back to Michigan where he was the Head Golf Professional at Sugar Bush Golf Club in Davison for 2 years, and the Director of Golf Operations at the Brookwood Golf Club in Burton for 10 years. With all this experience we knew Wes would be a great asset to the Timber Ridge Golf Club. As our current Manager and Director of Golf Operations since 2008, Wes is responsible for all aspects of everyday operation.
Wes is a PGA Class A Golf Professional and has had extensive experience giving hundreds of individual lessons, and clinics, for both juniors and adults. Wes has also been a member of the Flint Junior Golf Association since 2003. This comes as no surprise, with three children of his own, Wes loves to work with all ages.

Robert Stipcak - Superintendent
Robert graduated from Michigan State University in 1993 from the Turfgrass Management Program. Upon graduation Robert took the position of Assistant Superintendent at Salem Hills Golf Club in Northville, Michigan for two years. Robert and his family then decided to move back toward the Lansing area, and he took another Assistant Superintendent job at the Country Club of Lansing for one year.
Robert has been with us at Timber Ridge Golf Club since 1996. With 14 years of dedicated service we could not ask for a better Superintendent. Robert proclaimed, "I love the challenges that Timber Ridge presents and am looking forward to keeping the course one of the best in Michigan!"
Steve Oleksy - Regional Food and Beverage Manager
Steve graduated from Grand Valley State University. Growing up with a large family in Crystal Falls, Michigan, Steve was always one to get involved with the preparation of family meals and events. Steve has been the Regional Food and Beverage Manager at QNorth for a little over a year now and has been doing an amazing job.
